Learn how to assemble glass and other materials using copper foil and creative soldering techniques with Artist and Geometer Deb Coombs! In this workshop, you’ll use traditional techniques in modern ways to effectively adhere glass to any material with soldering.
Debora Coombs’ award-winning stained glass is exhibited, commissioned, and collected internationally. She received her Master’s degree from the Royal College of Art in London, UK in 1985. Coombs uses classical art and design skills, medieval craftsmanship, and the laws of mathematics to explore geometry, using art like physics, to investigate the nature of space and time.
