Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Facility rental and material fees due upon departure.
Cancellations thirty days before the start of the residency will receive a full refund. If canceling in less than thirty days, you forfeit the deposit.

Cary House
The Cary House is in the center of the main campus with four private rooms available to rent upstairs and a multi-purpose first floor which is used for workshops, exhibitions, and meetings.
Amenities:
Piano, projection screen, projector, large table and chairs, and high-speed internet.
