Metal Foundry and Mold Making** w/ Jamie Weinfurter and Kristen Tordella-Williams
Make a mold to replicate an object of your choosing! In this intensive, students will learn to create a sand mold of an object (can be found, or something you sculpted). After removing your object, students will be able to participate in the aluminum pour and have a cast of their mold!

Ceramics AM w/ Lilian Wu & Ester Kwon
This course will teach students how to handbuild using slabs, how to throw and trim pots on the potter’s wheel, and how to glaze their work. Students will learn about atmospheric firings and prepare work for a Raku firing on the last day of the week. Students can wear what is comfortable for the first 4 days, but must wear appropriate** (no synthetic fabrics, closed-toe shoes) clothing on the final day if they want to participate in the Raku firing.
Landscape Painting w/ Laura Lanchantain
Learn the basics of plein air painting. This is a course that teaches how to create works of art using the Acrylic medium. Students will develop observational skills, problem-solving techniques, and fundamentals of composition such as color, shape, line, mass, and space will be introduced.
Painting from Photo w/ Chad Lubertowicz
Not a fan of landscape painting? This course teaches you how to build a “wood canvas” (or panel) and prep the surface for painting. Students will then learn techniques to accurately transfer an image or drawing to your “canvas” and move on to the fundamentals of painting in acrylic.
Paper Making w/ Kristen Tordella Williams
Learn to create paper from recycled scraps. Participants will use a paper fiber slurry to form sheets and make handmade paper can be simple or highly decorated with botanicals and colors. Use the paper afterward in a project or let it stand alone in its unique beauty.

Printmaking w/ Jade Miner
