Learn multiple techniques in printmaking- students will be taught safe studio practice and essential techniques for Block Printing, Cyanotype Printing, and Screen Printing.

Block Printing- a technique using soft linoleum and carving tools to essentially carve a stamp.

Cyanotype- a nontoxic photo-developing technique using physical items (like botanicals) or photo negatives to block sunlight that will expose a permanent image on the treated surface.

Screen Printing- students will learn to apply emulsion, use a UV exposure unit to burn the image, and apply the design to paper or fabric.
